NOBL Sitework, LLC runs this ordering site. Here is what we collect and what we do with it. Effective August 27, 2026.
Your name, cell number, delivery address, the drop instructions you type, and your ZIP code. We also record your acceptance of the delivery terms with a timestamp and the internet address it came from, because that acceptance is part of the order.
Your card or bank details go directly to Intuit QuickBooks Payments on their secure payment page. We never see your card number and we never store it.
We text you about your order only: the confirmation, your delivery day, and the photo of your delivery. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or call us, though we may still need to reach you about an active delivery.
Our driver photographs the delivered material at your drop spot. That photo is the record of your delivery. We text it to you and keep it with the order.
We record which ad it was so we know our advertising works. That information stays with your order and goes nowhere else.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the companies that help us run your order, meaning payment processing and text messaging. We do not use it for anything beyond your orders and our own bookkeeping.
Orders are business records. We keep them as long as tax and licensing rules require.
